Ezra Böhm Dutch

Ezra Böhm (2000) is a fine art and advertising photographer based in Utrecht. His fascination with traditional cultures began in Malaysia, where he visited an indigenous tribe at the age of 11.

While studying Applied Photography and Visual Communication at Fotovakschool, he noticed that he felt little cultural connection with the culture of his own country. The Dutch culture, along with many other Western countries, has been severely compromised by globalization.

Therefore, he started using my camera to discover his cultural roots. "Who am I, where do I come from and what has made us who we are today?" Ezra captures these stories and shares them with the world.
